Two Day Camel Trek
Upon arrival in the Wadi Rum Village you will be introduced to your guide and camels. Your guide will show you how to mount your camel and how to comfortably ride it through the desert. Our first stop will be at Lawrence of Arabia's spring, from where we continue to Wadi Rum Ishrin to see the sand dunes. We will then continue to the Anfisheyh area, where we will stop to examine rock paintings from the Nabataean era (300 BC). We will then take you to a shady area for lunch and Bedouin tea, and rest/allow you to explore independently for two hours. After lunch, we continue to Lawrence's House, and on to Burrah Canyon. There we will set up our camp for the night.
After breakfast we will re-mount our camels and make our way through Burrah canyon and then cross Wadi Rum Ishrin on our way to the Seven Pillars of Wisdom (named after Lawrence's book on the Great Arab Revolt). Here we will stop for lunch and Bedouin tea. We will then continue our journey to Rum Village where we will end our tour around 4 or 5 p.m.
