Camel Trek Adventure: Five Days + Four Nights "Bedouin adventures tour"

Day 1: Arriving in the morning at the Wadi Rum Village for 9:30am, our tours will commence at 10:00am. If you will or want to arrive any later we are more than happy to meet your needs, please just let us know.

Day 5: Your returning transportation to the village will depart the campsite at 3 – 4 pm.

Meeting point: Our tour guide will meet you at the entrance to the Wadi Rum Village which is situated approximately 6km from the Visitor’s Centre after entering the protected area. Those arriving by car should park at the Rest House car park at the entrance to the village. You will be collected from there and shuttled to the Rum Stars offices, also within the village. We will go over the itinerary with you in detail and address any questions or concerns that may arise.

Day 1

Our camel caravan will start from Rum village, were we will ride to the Seven Pillars of Wisdom, one of Wadi Rum's most famous sites. From here we will move onto Wadi Rum Ishrin, where we will stop for a picnic lunch and sweet Bedouin tea. After lunch, we will continue through Wadi Rum Ishrin to view the beautiful red and white sand dunes. We will camp for the evening in the dunes.

Day 2

After breakfast we will ride to the Anfisheyh rock paintings. We will travel through Burrah Canyon, and on to Abo Jdadah where we will stop for lunch. After lunch, we will continue through Wadi Al Mharg. We will then head south, to the nearby Burdah Bridge, where we will camp for the second night.

Day 3

After breakfast we will start our adventure in the Burdah Bridge area. We will then continue on to Um Froth rock bridge. There we will stop for lunch and you will have time to walk to the top of the bridge. After our climb of Um Froth Rock Bridge, we will continue to Jabel Um Mqor, where we will set up camp for the third night.

Day 4

After breakfast we head to the southwest of Wadi Rum through the White Desert. In the White Mountains we will stop for lunch. After lunch, we will take Lawrence Road to UM Sabatah to camp for the last night. This is one of the best places in the entire desert to watch the sunset.

Day 5

After breakfast we will leave to see the Qatar spring and the Kazali canyon, where we will stop for lunch. We will then return to Rum village, ending our tour between 3 – 4 p.m

The following is included in the tour:

  • All meals – x3 breakfast, x4 lunch and x3 dinner.
  • Mineral water, Bedouin tea and other liquid refreshments throughout the tour.
  • A friendly camel per person & one extra camel for the " camels guide"
  • Jeep to carry all the foods & luggage
  • Small kitchen and cook to prepare meals in the desert   
  • Camping for three nights under the stars.
  • We provide camping tents, mattresses, blankets "please bring your own sleeping bags with you.

Things You Need to Bring

We will take care about you during your stay with us, but we suggest that you bring the following personal items to make your experience here in Wadi Rum more comfortable:

  • Good shoes for walking, hiking, and scrambling (boots are preferable) and if possible, sandals, which are more comfortable for walking in the sand.
  • Headlamp/flashlight/torch, in case you would like to go for a walk to see the stars
  • Sunscreen
  • Small bag for your camera and water.
